Most sign-in issues come down to one thing: you're signed into a different account than the one your leagues are on.
Quick fix for missing leagues
Your leagues are tied to the Google or Apple account you used when you first signed in, not to your device. If your leagues aren't showing up, sign out and try the other sign-in option (Google instead of Apple, or vice versa).
How do I sign in to League Tycoon?
League Tycoon uses "Sign in with Google" and "Sign in with Apple" for authentication. There are no usernames or passwords. Whichever method you choose the first time is the one you need to use on every device going forward.
I got a new phone and don't see my leagues
Sign in with the same method (Google or Apple) and the same email you used on your old phone. If you used "Sign in with Apple" before and are now tapping "Sign in with Google" (or vice versa), the app treats that as a different account. Try the other sign-in option.
My leagues show up on one device but not another
You're signed into different accounts on each device. Check the display name in the side menu on both devices. If they don't match, sign out on the device where leagues are missing and sign back in with the same method and email that works on your other device.
I forgot which email I used
If you can get into the app, tap your display name in the side menu to open your Account screen. Your email is shown there. If you can't get in, try each Google account you have, then try Apple. If you're still stuck, ask a league mate to look at your team in the standings or on the owner screen to find your display name. Then email support@leaguetycoon.com with your display name and we can look up the email tied to it.
How do I switch between accounts?
Tap your display name in the side menu, then tap the menu icon and select "Sign Out." You can then sign back in with a different Google or Apple account.
I can't reset my password
League Tycoon doesn't have its own password system. Google and Apple handle your credentials. Reset your password through your Google account (accounts.google.com) or Apple ID (appleid.apple.com) directly.
Can I change the email linked to my account?
We can't manually swap the email on an account because authentication is handled by Google and Apple. Your commissioner can remove your old account from the league and send a fresh invite to the email you want to use. Your team stays intact and the commissioner can reassign it to your new account.
I lost access to my original email address
Try recovering your account through Google or Apple's account recovery process first. If that isn't possible, have your commissioner remove your old account and send a new invite. Your team stays intact and can be reassigned to your new account.
I see an @privacyrelay.appleid.com email on my account
That's normal. When you use "Sign in with Apple" and choose to hide your email, Apple creates a private relay address. Everything works the same and notifications still reach you. Just remember you signed up with Apple if you need to sign in on a new device.
